Jargon.

Using technical jargon without providing clear and simple explanations, such as “The API utilizes a RESTful architecture to enable end-to-end data transfer.

Flat.

Neglecting to include examples or illustrations to help explain complex concepts or demonstrate how to use the software, such as “The software allows users to create custom reports by selecting from a variety of filters and data fields.”

Dull.

Writing in a dull or unengaging manner that fails to grab the reader’s attention, such as “In this blog post, we will discuss the features and benefits of our software.”

Pointless.

Making it difficult for readers to find the content by using misleading titles, such as “Our Latest Products! The Best Thing Ever!”
